    The location is perfect, especially with the holiday season approaching. The lifestyle room was modern and spacious. The staff, from reception to the luggage boy, offered really good service and a personal touch with fruits and chocolate on arrival.

    The place was fairly clean with a consistently courteous and incredibly kind staff from duty manager to concierge service. Thoroughly enjoyed the premium double room with amazing views, and particularly good and beautiful location very close to the shopping area. A shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns were available there.

    The bed in my room was very bad.

    It's like coming home. I always stay in the Metropole when I come to Geneva. Staff are always helpful and accomodating; the rooms are luxurious, if a little small. The restaurant is excellent; quality of food, service and presentation all of a high level.

    My one gripe is cost...

    Awesome place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic bar area. The staff was helpful during my late check-in. I always enjoy my stays here, and I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

    Price is to high because for the same price I can stay in Kempinsky or President Wilson and to get corporate rate you are to complicated compared with those two

    Really good accommodation, really good service, with great amenities such as a fitness center and room service. A convenient location just 1 km from the main train station.

    I stayed in new-fashioned room with amazing views, lakeside view plus appliances as expected. The breakfast was great and excellent with good choice of products.

    The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

    The lifestyle double room was modern and spacious, with a walk-in shower, soundproofing, and a minibar. The rooftop terrace had fine views of Lake Geneva and the Jet d'Eau, perfect for evening drinks. The fitness center offered essential gym equipment, and the staff provided really good service from check-in to check-out.

    Design, rom comfort and service were good enough

    Too noisy for the room with lake view. Prices are high. For such rates intrnet access must be 24h for free

    The rooftop terrace offers fine views of the lake, and the interconnecting family rooms are perfect for travelling with kids. Our premium room had a lovely lakeside view, and the smart amenities. The location is unbeatable, right by the English Garden.
